Janet Dzikowski at Cross Country Mortgage is my "go-to" lender. She explains everything to my clients. She uses every penny that I can negotiate for closing cost credits for the buyer's benefit. She takes buyers from being "unable" to get a loan and turns them into homeowners! She has TONS of loan programs for every situation, and she ALWAYS closes on time.
